A Chevrolet Bolt Ev Coolant Change costs between $206 and $229 on average. Get a free detailed estimate for a repair in your area. I would very seriously doubt a Coolant Replacement on the Bolt (4-5 gallons) could be done for $88-$111. The Coolant alone is $60 retail. Any shop will mark that up to around $80.The decision for the "requirements" is currently slated for some time in March 2023, but that could change to a later date. To be clear. Until the I.R.S. provides " requirements " for EV batteries, a " new-clean " Bolt EV/EUV "placed into service" after January 1, 2023, qualifies for the $7500 tax credit.
