2024 I 485 transferred to lee

Our application has been transferred to NBC from Nebraska in March 2022 and on 24 May 2022, my wife’s I-485 has been approved. My (EB3 Dependent, ROW) I-485 has not been approved as of yet and I am still waiting. Background . We submitted our I-140 (Premium, EB3), I-485, I-765 & I-131 in Jan 2021, had our biometrics taken 1st week of March 2021. . Www.dillard

The I-485 at some point was transferred to the field office, they handle the interview scheduling, interview, adjudication etc. Unfortunately for you and I , MN is known to be extremely slow. The FAQs clarify that these longer durations are based on the remaining pool of un-transferred files, which may not have been moved ...I hear NBC is faster.
